Take a walk with your dog or by yourself. A walk is a great way to disconnect from everything else and it releases you from any stress symptoms.
The avarage male should drink about 3.7 liters of water a day. The
avarage women should drink 2.7 liters of water a day.
Go buy yourself a nice waterbottle and fill it up. Carry it wherever
you go.
Take a nice hot bath, put in some bubbles, or throw in some bath bombs, and lay back and relax.
Put on your headphones or turn on your speakers and dance to your favorite tunes.
Get in bed, get cozy, turn on netflix, and watch your favorite movie or TV show.
